Privacy Policy

Fire Store TV is operated by Firestore LLC. Last updated September 26, 2026.

This policy explains what personal data Fire Store TV collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Firestore LLC (“we”, “us”) operates Fire Store TV and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at contact@firestore.tv.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account: name, email address, username, password (stored hashed, never in plain text) and an optional profile picture.
  • Order: the plan you buy, the email address you enter at checkout and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number so support can reach you. Payment is taken by our secure payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
  • Support: what you write to us and any notes our team keeps about your line.

Information created by using the service

  • Your subscription, its dates, the line details we issue you, and the devices registered to it.
  • Basic technical data when you check out: your IP address and browser details, used for security, fraud checks and to price in the right currency.

Advertising and analytics data (only with your consent)

  • Cookie and device identifiers from Meta and Google, the page you arrived from, and the campaign parameters on the link you followed (such as utm_source or fbclid).
  • Which pages you view and which steps of the checkout you reach.

3. How we use it, and why

  • To provide the service and take payment: creating your account, delivering and activating your subscription, and supporting you. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
  • To keep things secure and prevent fraud, and to meet legal and accounting duties. Legal basis: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and site and to understand which campaigns lead to a purchase. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To email you about your order and account, and, where you are allowed to be contacted, about our service. You can opt out of marketing emails in every message. Legal basis: contract, legitimate interests or consent, depending on the message.

We do not sell your personal data for money.

4. Cookies and tracking

Advertising and analytics tags never load until you have agreed. In the UK, the EU/EEA and Switzerland we ask first; in the United States and Canada they start once we know where you are, with a notice and the same controls. You can change your choice at any time with in the site footer.

What runs, and only with your consent:

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) — measures ad performance and helps show relevant ads. For visitors in the United States we turn on Meta’s Limited Data Use setting.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) — measures visits and the checkout funnel, using Google Consent Mode so its behaviour follows your choice.

We also use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic figures and Sentry to detect and diagnose errors and to let you send feedback. These do not build advertising profiles. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we can remember it; that is the only thing we store without asking.

5. Purchase reporting to Meta and Google

When you check out, and you have agreed to advertising or analytics cookies, we keep the identifiers from those tags together with your IP address, browser details and the campaign you came from, so that when your payment completes we can report the purchase from our servers. We send the purchase value, the plan, and hashed (one-way encoded) versions of your email address and phone number to Meta, and a client identifier to Google. We do not send these reports if you declined the relevant cookies.

These records are kept for up to 90 days and are not readable by other users. Refunds are reported to Google Analytics only.

6. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the service. They may only use your data for us:

  • Our payment and checkout provider — taking payment, and keeping order records.
  • Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage.
  • Vercel — website hosting and aggregate analytics.
  • Brevo and our other email providers — sending account and service emails.
  • Sentry — error monitoring.
  • Meta and Google — advertising and analytics, only as described above.

We may also share data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a sale or restructuring of our business.

7. International transfers

Our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data leaves the UK or the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses and, where available, their participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. How long we keep it

  • Account and subscription data: while your account is open, and afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
  • Order records: for as long as the law requires us to keep accounts.
  • Checkout advertising identifiers: up to 90 days.
  • Support messages: for as long as needed to help you and to handle any dispute.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your data protection authority.

California and other US states. You may have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Using the Meta Pixel and Google tags for advertising may count as sharing under those laws. To opt out, turn off advertising cookies in , or email us. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Canada. You may ask to access or correct your personal information and to withdraw consent.

To use any of these rights, email contact@firestore.tv from the address on your account. We may need to confirm it is you, and we will reply within the time the law requires.

10. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and encryption of the line details we issue. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us if you notice anything wrong.

11. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us information, email contact@firestore.tv and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when what we do with data changes, and the date at the top shows when. If a change is significant we will tell you, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent again. See also our Terms of Service.
