Terms of Service
Fire Store TV is operated by Firestore LLC. Last updated September 26, 2026.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Firestore LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates Fire Store TV. They apply when you visit our website, create an account, or buy or use a subscription. By ordering or using the service you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Fire Store TV sells access to a live TV and on-demand streaming service that you watch on your own compatible devices. After you pay, our team activates your line and emails you the details you need to sign in. Activation is done by people, so it is not instant; we will tell you if it is going to take longer than usual.
Fire Store TV does not host or store media files on its own servers. The channels, titles and events available can change over time, and we do not guarantee that any particular channel, title, event or quality level will be available at any given moment.
You need a suitable device and internet connection. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K or for more than one stream at once. We are not responsible for the speed or reliability of your connection or the performance of your devices.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the service.
- Give us accurate details, including an email address you can read, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and line details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away at contact@firestore.tv if you think someone else has used them.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Each plan is one payment for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically and we will not charge you again unless you choose to buy or renew. Buying a renewal adds time to your existing subscription.
Prices are shown in the currency for your country, and the exact amount is confirmed at checkout before you pay. You can pay by credit card, debit card or other local payment methods, taken by our secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you are; the checkout shows what applies.
Some accounts are eligible for a free trial, offered once per customer. A trial ends on its own and does not turn into a paid plan.
We can change prices and plans at any time. A change never affects a subscription you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. The details, and how to ask, are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live.
6. Using the service
Your subscription is for your own private, non-commercial use, within the number of simultaneous streams your plan allows. You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not share, resell or publicly display the service.
7. Content and intellectual property
The Fire Store TV name, logo, website and software belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active, and no other rights.
All other trademarks, logos and brand names, including those of broadcasters, sports leagues and content providers, belong to their owners. Fire Store TV is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. If you are a rights holder and believe something infringes your rights, see our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
8. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if we are required to by law or by a rights holder, if we suspect fraud or a payment is reversed, or if we stop offering the service. Where we end a paid subscription without a fault on your part, we will refund the unused portion.
9. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of buffering, and we do not promise that it will suit any particular purpose. Live events depend on sources we do not control.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you cannot lose under consumer law where you live, including any right to a service that is provided with reasonable care and skill.
10. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please try to resolve any problem with us first by emailing contact@firestore.tv. If we cannot, the courts of the State of Delaware, USA have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and mandatory consumer laws of that country continue to apply to you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is material we will tell you by email or on the site. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms; a change never reduces the time you have already paid for.
